Essential Oils for Travel and Why

We are a travel loving family, so usually we will go for travel at least 3-4 times a year during school holidays. So what are the essential oils that is a must have during family travelling time? These are our choices and the reason.

1. Lavender
I don't even feel safe to go out of the house without Lavender. Moreover when traveling with kids, it is a MUST have!! This is a first aid kid oils for the wound. Open wound, bleeding, bruise, bumps, itchy and even burnt wound. Lavender is the first oil I will grab for all these wound related problem.
Lavender also the oil to promote mind-relaxing, sleep well, and reduce anxiety. Lavender is a natural antihistamine, so if there was an unfortunate event of allergy attack, this first aid action I will do is to put a few drops under my tongue. It reduces the itchy attack in a few minutes. Lavender can be rubbed on the stomach area clockwise to aid digestion. In the event of fever also, we can do cold or warm compress with Lavender water, also rub few drops in the hot area (such as armpit, tummy, back, feet, etc)

2. Peppermint
Motion sickness, dizzy, itchy feeling all begone with Peppermint oils. Reduce fever.

3. Digize
When we travel, usually we also be "OPEN" to all kind of foods hahaha! Most of the time we find something nice, but sometimes yucky, and some other unlucky times, we found something that make our tummy feels like storm... keep going to the toilet, and so on. At this time we reaaallyyyy need our Digize!!
